First know that P-house (local reference) is a hotel, dance club, restaurant, theater, pool, bear bar, beach and outdoor stage complex. This is one of 4 clubs that has male dancers, drag shows, multiple rooms with music and shirtless bartenders and some are so hot. Crowds are good on weekend and Sunday night. During the week it can be hit or miss. You are bound meet interesting people here and the crowd is mostly men. Type of Bar: Pulse attracts gay men, lesbians, straight couples and bachelorette parties on the weekends. It really is a diverse group, however the bar is most popular with the 20 - 30 something men. Pulse also has male dancers that strut their stuff very well and on sometimes a female dancer for the ladies. Pulse has 3 areas and recently combined the White Room & Dance Room to create the Grand Room as I call it. The bright white is gone and the original bar too. Now it's an open space that works well. Plus they have a nice outdoor patio area where you can relax or smoke if needed. The Dark Room where the male dancers strut their stuff and drag shows are performed. New - Pulse Happy Hour!
